CRAC Event Schedule
We have created this award at Seneca College for the post-graduate clinical research program. We want to encourage new researchers to excel. We also wanted to honour and remember a significant influence in the Canadian clinical research area, especially in ethics. Thus, this is named after Dr. Ron Heslegrave. We present this award each Spring.
We would appreciate any financial help you can provide. As a non-profit group, we need to ensure we can continue to fund this award. Thank you!
CRAC Dr. Heslegrave Clinical Research Ethics Award
Awarded to a full-time student in the Clinical Research program who excels at or demonstrates strong interest in clinical research ethics. The recipient will have a GPA of 3.0. Preference is given to a student who is invested in clinical research and engaged with the program. The recipient will be recommended by faculty. The recipient will be invited to attend a Clinical Research Association of Canada (CRAC) event in the spring. This award honours Dr. Heslegrave, a leading researcher and contributor to the field of research ethics for 25 years. He is remembered for his intense passion for the ethical conduct of research.
